Started in a classroom
Taught 100+ students design thinking, lateral reasoning, and creative process. Research and abstraction became instincts, not methods.
Problem-solving before product-making. Research as reflex, not ritual.

Saw a product problem early
Mapped student attendance patterns, built a management system on paper, walked it to the director. Who went to sellers looking for the app. I had already drawn it.
The instinct was there before the title existed.

A rental problem led me to UX
Covid hit. Remote, restless, researching apps nobody had built. One broken search experience became the question that changed my career.
Some people find their field. I followed mine through a bad UX.

Hired for illustrations. Delivered dashboards.
First UX role. Made icons and emailers — and pushed into discussions on the whiteboard until someone handed me an IoT brief. Enforcement systems for Australia · People detection in Singapore · game zones in Las Vegas.
Three countries. Three systems. One year. Domain breadth as a feature, not a side effect.

Went solo. Built a team. Rewrote the roadmap.
Sole designer on a legacy product with no design system. Elevated the product experience, grew a small team, got the CEO invested in the vision. Which was early to legaltech-AI in India.
